Lose, And Feel Good About It

Yet another example of a picture being worth 1,000 words (and in my case several unwanted pounds):


If you minimize eating things from groups 2 and 5, you will lose weight. That's pretty much what I've been doing for the past month-and-a-half, and I'm down 11 lb.

Bonus Points:
  • You will have no major bouts with HUNGER.
  • You will feel better both mentally and physically.
  • An occasional cheat won't hurt.
  • The longer you follow the pattern, the less you'll want the bad stuff, and the amount and frequency of your cheats will diminish.
